The room itself was very comfortable, check in process very long for no reasons. Breakfast room busy during operations, quite a good variety of food. Crocobeach club is definetly not an asset for the property it’s cheap and not good service.

Definitely get a room with a beach view. Right across the gorgeous Praia do Futuro, especially its nice parts where you want to hang out anyways. Interestingly enough their barraca (basically a giant area covered with beach huts where they serve foods and drinks) is a bit further away on the beach, but definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the champagne was a nice extra touch.

The hotel is located in the best city beach in Fortaleza and a short car ride from the city center (15 min). The hotel has a beach bar around 200mts from it that is amazing and the guests can use it for free. The workers are amazing, always trying to help you and make your stay even better! the hotel is very good in terms of ammenities and the toilet is amazing. Breakfast has everything as well as the restaurant that I totally recommend!

The hotel is very modern however it feels in need of maintenance. The breakfast buffet is amazing with tons of alternatives. Staff is friendly, polite and very welcoming. Location is great, to go to the beach you only need to cross the street.

The hotel offers great value for your money, located right across from the beach, it has very friendly staff and good facilities. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and served as a buffet, so be prepared to eat a lot. Crocobeach complex on the beach itself is also pretty good and guests have a 15% discount there. I highly recommend the place and their caipirinha!
